University Drive Goes Big

The city’s University Drive widening project is a massive undertaking. Between MacArthur Boulevard and Campus Drive, the city added two additional traffic lanes (one in each direction) and improved the path for pedestrians and cyclists.

Using ICTV footage, Irvine gives us a glimpse into all the work that went into reducing traffic and shortening commutes.
